Right! Except for all the parts that aren't. Which seems to be most of them. Where to begin... First off, the person pictured there is not an alien, illegal or not. So gotta deny the badge just on that basis. His true name is not Mi Kel, and he did not arrive on earth around 1 BCE. Where do you come up with this crap, anyway?
