Right. Gotta grant that BarfBadge, cuz that's one Classy Being. Class 2 is, in fact, correct. So she could definitely be considered a Goddess. Although She is often referred to as She, and has been called The Sky God in song, neither of those is her true name, so I'll have to dock you on that. But you are quite correct that She is looking to D.E.V.O.(which you have correctly defined, Nice!) to help her achieve her ends. Very nice submission. 21/25.
